About Me: I have always loved Lamborghinis but have never pursued building one. I have built up a number of cars and 4x4 rigs in the past. Having lived in a rural Colorado mountain area between 1996 and 2002 it has been a while since I have had a car for the street. I immediatly started work on my 36 Crysler streetrod after moving to Idaho. It was to have a 16 cylinder engine in it (two 383 blocks mated together).

In about July of 2003 my wife and I decided that a Lamborghini was more to or liking and the Chrysler was sold minus the engines. The engines are destined for the Lambo now and will be stroked to 426 c.i.d. each - netting a total of 16 cylinders with a total of 852 cubic inches. I am hoping to get around 1000 hp.
The transmission will be a modified 727 automatic with a Gear Vendors overdrive giving the car 6 gears. The car will be all wheel drive and I am currently working on building my own transfer case to deal with the torque from my monster engine.

I was wanting to do a Murcielago at first but after recently visiting Dale in Austin at Exotic Dream Builders I have changed my mind and will be doing a modified Diablo 6.0 instead. I plan on getting me body from Harry Rehberg at Rehberg Motorcars, Harry is putting together a special package that will help me get the body modifications I want done more quickly. The frame will definatly be built from Ken's plans at NAERC (modified to accept my driveline). Right now I am focusing on the driveline as I wont have enough room to start building the rest of the car until I get my new shop up in the summer of 2004.

Final Note: The picture is one of me standing in front of my '36 earlier this year after a long day of getting the chopped top tacked back into place. My wonderful wife gets credit for the picture and for helping out with the chop, it was a very good day.
