More information:
I currently splice coaxial cable equipment as a contractor for Charter Communications.

I was born in Grand Rapids, MI. I moved to the great Northern area of Michigan known as Gaylord. I joined the U.S. Navy just after graduating high school, and became an Avionics Technician working on the EA-6B Prowler, Electronic Attack aircraft.

After spending four years in the Navy, and two kids later, I decided to get out. I spent a year as an Electronics Technician for a local Production plant called Reptron. I had the opportunity to leave there for an lead Avionics position at the Otsego county airport, which I took, for about a year. While working there, I began branching into other diversified areas of building and maintenance on aircraft, including airframe and powerplant maintenance. This finally came to a crashing halt when the company ran out of money and was forced to layoff all 8 workers. My third son was born just around this time and I decided to use this layoff as a time to spend with him.

The opportunity presented itself once again when a contractor for Charter Communications came through our town performing the digital upgrades for CATV. I got in as a Quality Control Inspector and worked this title until I realized that I could make a lot more money splicing, hence where I now am.

My favorite cars: The 2002 Corvette, any Lambo Diablo (they all look good). And of course, my '88 Jeep Comanche Pioneer (which I have tried and tried, and cannot get it stuck!)
