One of the most frustrating things about these kit cars are the after-market parts.

My hopes are that all of us builders can work together and figure out what all these parts numbers are and where to locate them. Maybe the kit manufactures can lower there prices and just sell the "fiber glass" and recommend a list of parts that the builder can purchase... new parts or old parts gives the builder the choice of what he would want or that he could afford and order that part when he needs it.

Here comes the big problems... getting the part numbers, but in time with your help, we will have every part researched and identified.

Door Shocks

I was looking for shocks that fit the diablo in Pep Boys a couple years ago and noticed they were selling the Lift-o Mat shocks. Knowing that these shocks have been used on the diablos I checked the manual to see if it could be possible that you get purchase these right at Pep Boys. The book did have the shocks for the front doors and the front hood however they did not stock these items but could be ordered at the time for about $25.00 a piece. Either way the company is Lift-O Mat and can usually be found at Pep Boys or wherever they sell this brand of shock. Steve Curtis
