Their rear suspension looks like it can easily be replicated using the
stock Fiero upright. I've already given such an idea, and how to make,
it to Jed Copham: lower wishbone (or H-arm), single upper link with longitudinal
link (triangle) and dual coil-over's per side. All based around the Fiero
(actually the Chevy Celebrity) upright. It would be relatively easy to
make and would provide a heck of a lot better handling than the current
McPherson (or '88 Chapman) strut model. |
