12-23-04 - I had a small set back a few weeks ago, I was all finished welding the mid section and I placed the frame on two dolly (ok, one dolly and a skate board) to move the body (I was excited to see if the body would fit this chassis) and the rear section slipped off one side of the skate board... tilliting and torquing the chassis frame and the tack welds broke (something had to give), so I had to start over and tack the mid section again.

Lesson learned - Take your time... and don't put the dollys at the ends of your frame (move the dolly's in under more of the structure), and use a real dolly (not your kids skate board)!

Today I finished tacking (again) the center (mid) section parts... completing the parts to become a full chassis frame (again). I then placed my CRP body on top of the NAERC frame to check fit... it looks great!
